As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Terez Wilson - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional client experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you an ideal fit.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Answer inbound calls & direct calls to the appropriate individual.
- Answer customer inquiries, take messages for agency.
- Take payments and assist customers with billing inquiries.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
- Licensing not required, but recommended.
